A washer and a planetary gear assembly having the same are provided to maintain a size of an oil flow hole by forming the oil flow hole between first and second stepped portions which are provided on a pair of washers. A washer includes a first washer(34) having plural first stepped portions(32), a second washer(38) having plural second stepped portions(36) which are inserted in the first stepped portions, and an oil flow hole formed between the first stepped portions and the second stepped portions, through which oil passes. The first stepped portions are formed around a lower portion of the first washer at regular intervals. The second stepped portions are formed around an upper surface of the first washer.
