<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for instantaneously informing a client of the information of an agreement, and for prompting the client to confirm the information of the agreement. <P>SOLUTION: A stock company transmits mail to which the address of a Web page for enabling a client to confirm agreement information each time the agreement has been concluded is added to the portable telephone of the client. The client confirms the agreement information by performing access to the address added to the mail.
