PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head with successful discharge performance, an image recording device with the liquid discharge head and high image drawing performance, and a method for manufacturing the liquid discharge head which can manufacture the liquid discharge head with high precision. SOLUTION: This liquid discharge head comprises an insulating discharge board formed with a plurality of discharge ports for discharging a liquid droplet, a control electrode which is arranged correspondingly with each discharge port and makes electrostatic force act on a solution, and a solution guide which is arranged in a corresponding position with the discharge port of the discharge board side of a head board and also has an apex part projecting to the liquid droplet discharge side of a discharge board, passing through a through hole. The discharge board has at least two layers of wiring connected with each control electrode formed in an insulated fashion by an interlayer insulating layer. Further, the discharge port has a first through hole and a second through hole which communicates with the first through hole and has a larger opening part than that of the first through hole.
