<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that POI icons on a map become congested. <P>SOLUTION: A project information storage processing section 16 stores the project information of new delivery data in a POI information storage DB 32. A POI icon processing section 12 creates a POI icon corresponding to the project information.
