摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a fine adjustment of a set value to set warm water temperature in an outlet of a last stage heat exchanger to a set temperature since a difference between planned temperature and actual outlet temperature occurs with respect to outlet warm water temperature of each heat exchanger calculated by heat balance even if two or more heat exchangers are provided. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a plurality of heat exchangers 20-22 which produce or overheat warm water by introducing steams 4-6 extracted from steam turbines 1-3 as overheating medium and which are connected in series by a warm water conduit 24, and a control device 131 which includes temperature adjusting valves 17-19 in inlets of respective heat exchangers in the warm water conduit and adjusts the warm water temperature in the outlet of the heat exchanger through the adjustment of valve opening. A temperature set value of each heat exchanger is varied in accordance with power generator load 23. Bias temperature based on the warm water temperature in the inlet of the heat exchanger is added to a temperature set value of an arbitrary heat exchanger other than a last stage heat exchanger. In comparison between the biased temperature set value and temperature in an outlet of each heat exchanger, the valve opening of the temperature adjustment valve is adjusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
