PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly provide a dropping-into-cup device for powders such as a soup stock which surely drops and feeds a prescribed amount of powders being received by a receiving hole into a cup located directly below without a residue. SOLUTION: A hopper which houses powders such as a soup stock, and two delivery ports for the powders which are located under the hopper across a weight body are provided. A plate which faces the weight body and one delivery port and has two receiving holes for receiving powders is arranged on a base plate. The two receiving holes are alternately made to face a position under the weight by the reciprocation of the plate, and powders in the receiving hole are dropped and fed into a suspended cup directly below by the pressing from the upper surface by the descending motion of the weight body in this dropping-into-cup device for powders such as a soup stock.
