PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper piece-binding implement capable of freely inserting, taking out and supplementing a paper piece like a binder type paper piece-binding implement while there exists a feature of a wire-bound type paper piece-binding implement which can be used by turning back a page which is not used to the back cover side, and to facilitate thereby separation of the paper piece from the paper piece binding implement to make reuse of the paper piece easier. SOLUTION: A plurality of binding rings 1 consisting of a first binding ring-constituting member 2 and a second binding ring-constituting member 3 provided by opposing this are equipped on a connecting member 8. The binding ring 1 is opened by its own elasticity under a free condition to give always a definite interval between the first/the second binding ring-constituting members. The binding ring is constituted so that a projection 4(6) formed on one between the first binding ring-constituting member 2 and the second binding ring-constituting member 3 is hooked on a hooking part 7(5) formed on the other one to make a closed condition.
