摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation and to always issue a correct moving command to a movable body. SOLUTION: A remote operation terminal 12 detects right and left turning amount with respect to the barrel direction of the remote operation terminal with a steering amount detecting means where a weight 16 is directly connected to a potentiometer 15. The remote operation terminal 12 transmits a command and directional angle variation amount data from an infrared LED 14 to the movable body, and transmits an ultrasonic signal S from an ultrasonic transmitter 13 synchronously with the command. The movable body receives the command from the remote operation terminal with a photodetector and receives the ultrasonic wave with an ultrasonic receiver. The movable body measures the distance to the remote operation terminal by counting time from receiving the command to receiving the ultrasonic wave. The movable body receives the directional angle variation amount data with the photodetector, rotates by itself based on the variation amount data, and controls forward and backward travels so as to eliminate the difference between the measured distance and a predetermined distance.
