PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of reducing the thermal distortion of tubes. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes an insert 7 arranged substantially in parallel to longitudinal directions of the tubes 2 at an end of a core 4, a plurality of the tubes 2 composed of end tubes 20 arranged at both ends of the core 4 and inner tubes 21 arranged inside the core 4 from the end tubes 20. This heat exchanger comprises an end tube flow rate increasing structure for making cooling water easier to flow to the end tubes 20 compared with the inner tubes 21.
