<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method capable of reliably preventing the negative effect caused by the interaction with laser plume formed by the arc and the laser when performing the laser arc hybrid welding of a steel plate with much evaporation by the laser, a galvanized steel plate, various aluminum alloys, and a steel plate containing much impurity elements. <P>SOLUTION: In the laser arc hybrid welding for irradiating laser beams in a vicinity of the pulse arc, the laser output is fluctuated synchronously with the arc current and the arc voltage, and the laser output is changed from the peak output to the base output at the preset delayed time from the time at which the arc output is changed from the base output to the peak output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
