PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather information center that provides weather information, by predicting the weather that the car will encounter and a course information presenting system informing the driver, the weather information predicted to be encountered during cruising. SOLUTION: The weather information center providing weather information has a cruising route receiving means for receiving a cruising route to the destination from the car, a route weather prediction means for predicting the weather information of the cruising route received with the cruising route receiving means, and a route weather information transmitting means for transmitting the information predicted by the route weather prediction means.
