An apparatus for measuring sliding of an inclined plane of a river bank is provided to check an overall sliding state of the inclined plane by measuring the sliding state through nets which are installed on the inclined plane. An apparatus for measuring sliding of an inclined plane of a river bank includes a fixing post, a measuring cylinder, a net, and a measuring wire. The measuring cylinder includes a hollow case(121), a piston(123), a coil spring(125), and a cover(127). A piston hole is formed at one end of the hollow case. A screw groove is formed on an outer circumferential plane of the other end of the hollow case. A scale is formed on the piston. A third wire ring connected to a second wire ring of the measuring wire is formed at one end of the piston. The piston is drawn out from the inside of the case through the piston hole. The coil spring is installed between the case and the piston and provides an elastic force to the piston. A turnbuckle ring connected to a turnbuckle is formed on an upper plane of the cover. The cover is connected to the screw groove of the case.
