PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water permeating device capable of efficiently causing waste water to permeate while preventing impairment of an aesthetic appearance by the waste water. SOLUTION: This waste water permeating device 1 has a substantially cylindrical device body 5 for temporarily storing the waste water from a drain pipe. The device body 5 has an upper surface opening part 7 and a lower surface opening part 8, and also has an engaging stage part 9 on the inner surface side and a flange part 10 on the outside surface side.
