<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for more clearly displaying relevance between gene expression data and a gene function. <P>SOLUTION: This display method of the relevance between the gene expression data and the gene function has: a tree structure display step for displaying at least one of a tree structure of a molecular structure by Gene Ontology, a tree structure localizing inside a cell, and a tree structure of a biological process on a display device; and a gene number display step for displaying the number of genes belonging to the gene function and the expression data of the genes on the display device when one of the gene functions included in the tree structure is selected. In the gene number display step, when a display number of the gene function included in the tree structure and a filtering condition for restricting the display number of the genes belonging to the gene function are inputted through an input device, the gene function, the number of the genes belonging to the gene function, and the expression data of the genes are displayed on the basis of the filtering condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
