PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a laminate sheet with a storage part by forming of a simple laminate structure and forming by one blanking step. SOLUTION: The strip-like laminate sheet 1 with a storage part has a thermoplastic adhesive layer formed entirely on one of surfaces of a transparent base material. A center crease 11 for two-dividing the strip is formed at the center of the laminate sheet. Virtual lines 15 parallel to the center crease are formed at equal intervals on both sides of the center crease. Notches 14 of the same shape are formed in line symmetry with respect to the center line of the strip on sides of one of two sheets defined by the center crease and the virtual lines.
