PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matching circuit which can achieve miniaturization of a device, and easily perform adjustment work simultaneously. SOLUTION: The matching circuit 1 of a coaxial type is arranged between a signal source 5 and a load 6, and adjusts both impedance. The circuit is provided with a distribution circuit 2 which is a coaxial type 90°hybrid circuit in which the signal source 5 is connected to an input port 12, and also the load 6 is connected to an isolation port 13; and two variable length coaxial tubes 3, 4 respectively connected to every output ports 16, 17 of the distribution circuit 2. By this means, both impedance of the signal source 5 and the load 6 can be matched by only adjusting two adjustment parameters of every positions of short circuit means 22, 32 in the two variable length coaxial tubes 3, 4.
