PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect both rotation directions without cost increase and complicatedness of a device. SOLUTION: A rotation angle sensitive device determines the rotation direction by making an assymmetric shape of the shape of gear teeth 1a of a rotating body 1 opposed to a rotation angle detection sensor 2 and calculating a duty ratio of a pulse signal generated in the sensor 2.
