PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying aid which enables the carrying of an object to be carried with less pains avoiding a handle part, a carrying string or the like biting into fingers by making the part held with a hand as an easier to hold grip part while raising the center of gravity of the object for stabilization in the carrying of it hanging with a hand. SOLUTION: In the carrying aid 10 which comprises the grip part 1, mounting parts 2 at both ends of the grip part 1 and a pair of leg parts 3 at the lower part of the grip part 1, the mounting parts 2 are so formed as to enable the mounting of the handle part 21 of the object 20 to be carried on the top surface or above it of the grip part 1 while allowing the leg parts 3 to keep the carrying aid 10 upright with the carrying string 31 of the object 30 to be carried put on the parts.
