<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator in which stabilized drive control can be carried out while decreasing the number of components by providing a means for biasing a drive friction member and a driven member in the engaging direction with a portion sliding on the drive friction member. <P>SOLUTION: The actuator 34 comprises a piezoelectric element 42, a drive shaft 44 bonded to the end face of the piezoelectric element 42, a coupling piece 46 engaged with the drive shaft 44, and a presser spring 56 fixed to the coupling piece 46 and biasing it in the direction engaged with the drive shaft 44. The presser spring 56 has a first sliding portion 56B and a second sliding portion 56C sliding on the drive shaft 44 wherein the drive shaft 44 is clamped by the first sliding portion 56B and the second sliding portion 56C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
