PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the shake and fall of a telescope at a low cost. SOLUTION: The telescope 210 includes the telescope main body 11, a tripod mount part 44 and a tripod substrate 41 arranged at the bottom part of the telescope main body 11. The tripod substrate 41 is formed in the shape of a silk hat, a female screw 42 to which a tripod screw is fitted is formed in the center part 41a of the tripod substrate 41, and a groove 41b-1 which engages with a guiding part 43 is formed in the flange part 41b of the tripod substrate 41. The tripod substrate 41 is moved in a cross direction while being guided by a pair of guiding parts 43 which is arranged on the counter side parts of the tripod mount part 44 and which extends in the cross direction.
