PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a rubber roller excellent in deflection accuracy which prevents a molding mold from bending by inhibiting the mold from being subjected to an offset load, and a development roller manufactured by the apparatus for manufacturing the rubber roller. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the rubber roller, constituted by disposing a shaft body at the center in a molding mold composed of at least three members of a cylindrical molding mold main body and pieces fitted to both its ends whereby a rubber material is cast from one of the pieces into the molding mold main body to mold, comprises a mold clamping slide means at the side opposite to the filling side on the central axis of the cylinder of the cylindrical mold, and a mold clamping angle adjusting mechanism between the mold clamping slide means and the other piece.
