PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus, a communication system, a communication method, and a program with which a destination can be simply selected even when a great number of destinations is to be handled. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus making communication with an information processing apparatus receives a CSV file including destination information created in advance and stored by the information processing apparatus and uses the CSV file to make communication with a prescribed destination.
