PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool container devised to eliminate necessity of manually holding contents of the tool container by inserting a hand in the tool container and inverting the tool container by turning it upside down in changing the contents of the tool container, to prevent injury of a hand of a worker, damaging or scattering of parts taken out, to prevent falling of an article stored in a pocket part, to easily change the contents of the tool container while it is used by hanging it on a waist belt and never to break or fall out a bottom even in storing sharp articles such as a bit, a nail, a knife, etc. SOLUTION: This tool container is constituted of a storage case 1 opened on an upper surface and an outer bag body 2 provided with a hanger part H and holds the storage case 1 free to insert in and remove from the outer bag body 2.
