PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize electronic information showing medical information inputted in handwriting.

SOLUTION: In this medical information processing system, an electronic pen acquires medical information data handwritten in an input area of a form. An attribute information extracting part 130 extracts attribute information specifying a state in which the medical information data is inputted by handwriting from the acquired medical information data. A processing determining part 150 determines processing to be executed to the medical information data from the extracted attribute information. A processing executing part 160 executes the determined processing. A storing part 110 stores prescribed attribute information while associating the prescribed attribute information with the processing to be executed to the medical information data. The processing determining part 150 determines to execute the processing stored in association with the prescribed attribute information to the medical information data.
