A foreign material removing device for recycled aggregates is provided to treat foreign materials and sand in the other water tank with sorting out the recycled aggregates in one water tank. A cleaning water tank(110) formed like a rectangle having an opened upside comprises an upward inclined plane making a recycled aggregate input part deep and a discharger part low, a foreign material discharge port(113) formed at the upper end of one side wall of the input part, and a sand discharge port(115) disposed at the lower end of the foreign material discharge port. A foreign material tank(120) formed like a rectangle having an opened upside and connected to one side wall where the foreign material discharge port of the cleaning water tank is formed has a downward inclined plane(121) of which a foreign material inflow part is formed low and a discharge part is formed deeply and a foreign material discharge floodgate(123) installed in the front side. A supply conveyor belt(130) drops the recycled aggregates into the cleaning water tank. A V-shaped discharge belt conveyor(140) includes plural water passing holes(141) and has the same inclination angle as the upward inclined plane of the cleaning water tank to discharge the recycled aggregates falling from the supply conveyor belt. The discharge belt conveyor is installed at the bottom of the cleaning water tank to dip one end in the water of the cleaning water tank. A water collecting tank(150) is mounted at the lower end of the discharge belt conveyor to collect the cleaning water discharged through the water passing holes of the discharge belt conveyor. A water tank has a pump and feeds the cleaning water to the cleaning water tank through a pipe. A cleaning water supply nozzle supplies the cleaning water of the cleaning water tank fed from the water tank from the discharge part of the cleaning water tank to the input part to move the foreign materials to the foreign material tank by swirling the cleaning water. A first air feed unit(180) is installed at the lower bottom of the input part of the cleaning water tank to discharge the sand through the sand discharge port by floating the sand by turbulence by jetting the air fed by an air compressor to the cleaning water tank. A second air feed unit(190) is mounted at the back side of the inflow part of the foreign material tank to move the foreign materials and sand to the foreign material discharge floodgate by spraying the air fed by the air compressor through the upside and bottom side of the foreign material tank. |
