<p>The unit is designed in order to avoid the creation of clamping slots for a hygienic use in the food industry or in medicine. An outer body (1) comprises an integrated clamping jaw (8) formed by cutting a u-shaped channel (6). Plenty of space is left for the insertion of sealing elements.
