The system has a control center with central computer, database storing data including associated coded and unique numbers of firearms, and holders storing firearms. The system also has peripheral centers with computers that communicate with the central computer. An intelligent coded label tag is integrated in each firearm, and in each license of each holder. Portable readers, each operating with encrypted key and provided with keyboard and screen, are used to read the tags. The portable readers operate with on-line communication system to communicate with the central computer.
