ANTIREFLECTION FILM, POLARIZING PLATE AND IMAGE DISPLAY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film which has a low refractive index and is excellent in abrasion resistance and an antifouling property and further to provide a polarizing plate and an image display using the antireflection film.

SOLUTION: The antireflection film has, as an outermost layer, a lower refractive index layer comprising a fluorine-containing polymer of which a main chain is formed solely of carbon atoms and a compound having polysiloxane structure. The fluorine-containing polymer contains a hydroxyl group-containing vinyl monomeric polymerization unit with a content exceeding 20 mole%. Further the polarizing plate and the image display using the antireflection film are provided.
