PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inlet guide vane (IGV) control device of a gas turbine capable of IGV opening control considering exhaust gas temperature, compression ratio of a compressor and exhaust gas pressure. SOLUTION: IGV opening command D is established based on IGV opening A established by an exhaust gas temperature control part 21, IGV opening B established by a compressor surge protection control part 22, and IGV opening C established by an exhaust gas pressure protection control 23. In this case, higher value of the IGV opening A and the IGV opening B is selected and lower value of the selected higher value and the IGV opening C is selected, and the selected lower value can be established as IGV opening command D (high gas turbine back pressure avoidance preference mode). Lower value of the IGV opening A and the IGV opening C is selected, higher value of the selected lower value and the IGV opening B is selected, and the selected higher value can be established as IGV opening command D (compressor surge avoidance preference mode).
