<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which makes a user sense no temperature difference, keeps its frame radiative, and is miniaturizable. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus 10 houses a circuit board 12 in a frame 13, together with electronic components 11 mounted thereon. Protrusions 15 and recesses 16 are relatively provided on the outer surface 13A of the frame 13 with a heat insulating layer 18 provided on the top 15A of the protrusion 15.
