<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously manufacture a film having a constant quality and high ion conductivity with flatness by making a solid electrolyte into a film continuously. <P>SOLUTION: After a dope 24 containing a solid electrolyte and an organic solvent is made to flow and cast on a casting band 82 and a cast film 24a is formed, the cast film 24a is separated from the casting band 82 as a film 62. The film 62 is sent to a tenter 64 and by holding the both end parts by a clip 64a and extending in width direction, it is dried and then, sent to a drying chamber 69, and furthermore dried by supporting by a plurality of rollers 68. The film 62 is continuously sent to a temperature control chamber 200 arranged with a temperature control roller 200a and a humidifying chamber 205 to control humidification by steam. The film 62 is softened and its shape deformation is corrected by heating and humidification. Thereby, the solid electrolyte film having superior flatness and smoothness with constant quality, which shows excellent ion conductivity when used for a fuel cell can be manufactured in large volume continuously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
