The system consists of two electrodes (1, 4), at least of dielectric layers (2, 3) in one of which (3) is crystallising material or materials with a possible dielectric solvent, melt or combinations thereof, a voltage supply (5) and a closed circuit. In the invention it is used a dielectric polarization with a new method and an apparatus for the control of the crystallising of materials.
