<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quartz plate supporting device for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device which facilitates exchange of a quartz plate by enabling transportation of the quartz plate by sliding. <P>SOLUTION: The quartz plate supporting device for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device is composed of a quartz plate which is transported into a chamber in fusion process of a device glass substrate formed with an organic light emitting element and a sealing glass substrate, a protection frame of frame shape on which the quartz plate is mounted for transporting the quartz plate into the chamber, and a supporting plate which is equipped with a transporting apparatus of sliding type for assisting transportation of the protection frame and is installed in the chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
