摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel consumption by simplifying a system, reducing cost, shortening heating time of a fuel cell and enhancing efficiency from the viewpoint of energy consumption, in an air conditioner of a vehicle mounted with the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling water passage is provided with a communicating passage for connecting the fuel cell and a catalystic combustor, and three parallel passages in midway of a communicating passage for connecting the catalystic combustor and a pump for cooling water. The three parallel passages are constituted of the first passage connected to a heating means, the second passage for bypassing the first passage and the third passage connected to a radiator for cooling cooling water. A first selector valve is provided to connect either one of the first passage and the second passage to the catalystic combustor. A second selector valve is provided to connect either one of the second passage and the third passage and the pump for cooling water. The first selector valve is opened when the temperature of the cooling water is higher than a set value and heating is used.
