摘要 |
The invention concerns the detection and quantification of nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) in peripheral blood, tissues and body fluids in example for the detection of Ep-CAM-RNA the DNA of b-globin gene and the DNA of Ep-Stein Barr virus, showing compatibility for use for the detection and quantification of nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) by patients with cancer of epithelial origin, for viral sequences and cell DNA. The new invention decreases dramatically the time and the quantity of the regants that are sufficient to carry the detection or a test using Real Time PCR equipment for the detection and quantification of nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) in peripheral blood, tissues and body fluids in example for the detection of Ep-CAM-RNA, the DNA of b-globin geneand the DNA of Ep-Stein Barr virus. The new invention uses for the detection and quantification of RNA in peripheral Blood, tissues and body fluids as in example for the detection of p-CAM-RNA three steps. During the first step total DNA is extracted using any common procedure. In the second step the Real Time PCR reaction is carried out with the use of nanoparticles. The quantification of the Real Time PCR reaction carried out using nanoparticles is performed according to developed mathematical model. Furthermore the analysis of the Real Time PCR products can be performed though gel electrophoresis and staining with ethidium bromide and the final visualization under UV radiation and their grabing. |
