A catalytic neutralizer has a body with inlet and outlet openings, inside which there are placed gas flow distributors and filters, and two flat reactors placed in long-horizontal position, close to each other, separated with partition. The gas flow distributors are placed in inlet and outlet openings and have two working positions for directing waste gases to the first reactor, this promotes regeneration of the second reactor, and filters are installed before reactors as parabola split in long direction.
