PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the oppression of an impeller when an air vent hole is clogged with foreign matter, an increase of sliding friction resistance, inability to rotate and the contact wear of the impeller. SOLUTION: This method of preventing the noises of a submersible pump comprises using a hole filling material 3 for blocking the air vent hole 2 required for maintaining normal function to preclude the flow of air and water. Without touching a conventional pump mechanism to be kept intact excluding the eliminated air vent hole, a vertically rising leg 5 attached to the submersible pump with a discharge port 4 on the upper side of an inclination is simply installed on an inclined pump base 6 and a submersible pump body 1 and the inclined pump base 6 are mounted together with a fixing and mounting material 7. Thus, there is no pressure water flow from the air vent hole without a trouble of the impeller due to air attack, therefore eliminating damaging factors of the layer of foreign matters on the lateral or reverse side of the impeller, completely avoiding troubles and providing continuous function of a bottom diffuser tube installed in combination with aeration.
