PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively utilize the use history of an individual user. SOLUTION: Many terminal devices 10 are connected to a network 100 and under the control or a total management device so, copyrighted matter information stored in a copyrighted matter registration device 70 is transmitted to a terminal device 10 and held in a temporary storage means 12. The transmitted copyrighted matter is displayed by a copyrighted matter display means 11 under specific use conditions, and edited by an editing means 13 for primary use or secondary use. In the total management device 60, history information showing when, who, what copyrighted matter, and how it was used is stored, and charging information is generated. The history information itself is registered as new copyrighted matter in the copyrighted matter registration device 70 together with the specific use conditions and used through the network 100 under the specific use conditions as well as other copyrighted matter. |
