SCREEN PRINTER AND METHOD THEREOF

A screen printer and a method for printing a screen are provided to uniformly apply a paste on a substrate by reducing friction between the paste and a stencil or the paste and a squeegee. A stencil(200) is provided with an opening pattern and an attachment preventing layer formed on the opening pattern. The stencil is made of stainless steel and its surface is coated with teflon. The opening pattern receives a paste(300) for attaching a semiconductor die to a substrate(100). A squeegee(400) has an attachment preventing layer on its surface and moves the paste to a predetermined direction to tightly apply it on the stencil. A surface of the squeegee is coated with teflon.
