FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sweet liqueur containing the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: raspberry alcoholized juice, 3400-3600 l; bilberry alcoholized fruit juice of I-st and II-d blends, 45-55 l; cognac with the strength value 40-42%, 95-105 l; natural honey, 45-50 kg; vanillin, 0.09-0.11 kg; sugar syrup with the concentration 65.8-66.0%, 1800.0-1850.0 l; citric acid, 3.0-3.2 kg, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide strength of the blend 19.5-20.5%. Invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices based on conferring the novel aroma similar with wild rose flowers aroma to product, complex freshness taste and appearance of red color.
