ADVANCED WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM AND PROCESS OF USING THEREOF

An advanced wastewater treatment system which can be manufactured by simply modifying an existing wastewater treatment plant, and can perform advanced treatment of wastewater highly efficiently and stably by actively coping with rapid change of influent, and an advanced wastewater treatment method using the system are provided. An advanced wastewater treatment system comprises: a series of reactors including an anaerobic tank(1), a buffer tank(2), a compatible tank(3) and an aerobic tank(4); and a settling tank(5). The advanced wastewater treatment system further comprises: agitators(6,7,8) respectively installed in the anaerobic tank, the buffer tank, and the compatible tank; air diffusers(12,13) which are respectively installed in the compatible tank and the aerobic tank, and into which air is supplied from a blower(17); an internal return device(14) installed on the aerobic tank to transfer a nitrified mixed solution to the buffer tank; a sludge return device(15) installed on the settling tank to return thickened sludge to the anaerobic tank; and an excess sludge discharge device(16) installed on the settling tank to discharge multiplied sludge to the outside of the settling tank.
