PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lenticular lens sheet, with a light-shielding pattern with successful storage stability which will not cause print nature of the light-shielding pattern to deteriorate, and which also has successful adhesion. SOLUTION: In the lenticular lens sheet with the light-shielding pattern, constituted by stacking an optical hardening resin layer on a lenticular lens sheet substrate and stacking a light-shielding pattern layer on the photo-curing resin layer, the hardness of the photo-curing resin layer is considered as 0.25GPa to 0.50GPa, preferably, it is considered that the photo-curing resin layer is a hardened object of a photo-curing resin compound which contains a component (A) polymer, whose glass transition temperature is 60°C to 180°C, (B) ethylene unsaturated compound which can be polymerized by an active energy line and (c) a polymerization initiator and in which blending quantity (Awt) of the component (A) and blending quantity of the component (B) satisfy Formula (1): 0.3≤(Awt)/[(Awt)+(Bwt)]≤0.6 and Formula (2): 0.4≤(Bwt)/[(Awt)+(Bwt)]≤0.7.
