SETTING METHOD OF FADING ADJUSTING POINT OF DOT LINE PRINTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a more suitable value for the entire region of one shuttle of shuttle operation in fading adjustment for improving the print quality of a dot line printer. SOLUTION: The dot line printer comprises a hammer mechanism section reciprocating along the row direction while mounting a plurality of hammer pins, and a shuttle mechanism section for reciprocating the hammer mechanism section and performs printing by driving the hammer pins in the reciprocation process of a shuttle. Fading adjustment points for preventing longitudinal gap of print position in reciprocal printing of the shuttle mechanism section are set at more than one positions in a stable section and an astable section of shuttle speed thus setting a value most suitable for respective positions.
