INTRAVENOUS CATHETER INTRODUCING APPARATUS PROVIDED WITH TUBULAR EXIT MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intravenous catheter introducing apparatus which guarantees the retreat of a needle cannula into a barrel after the use of the intravenous catheter introducing apparatus.

SOLUTION: The intravenous catheter introducing apparatus includes a needle cannula 21 provided with a rear connection end part 211 moved between a using position for permitting a needle distal end part 212 to be pierced through the vein of a patient and a disposal position for permitting the pull-in of the needle distal end part 212 into the barrel 7 by a needle retreat member 8. A tubular exit member 30 is arranged in the downstream of the rear connection end part 211 and a flashback member 1 is fluid-communicated and connected with the tubular exit member 30 so as to permit a user to inspect whether or not a tubular catheter 23 is introduced into the vein of the patient. In addition, the flashback member 1 can bring a blood pumping function so as to facilitate the flow of blood into the flashback member 1.
