PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet sheet where a plurality of magnet pieces having a partially varied thicknesses are coupled flexibly, and to provide a motor where the magnet sheet is provided on a motor frame of an arbitrary profile with favorable positioning precision. SOLUTION: In the magnet sheet 30, a plurality of magnet pieces 31a-31d having structures of unequal thicknesses are coupled integrally by flexible coupling portions.
