PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce adverse effects caused by water infiltration to constitutional members built in a transmitter. SOLUTION: The built-in space of the transmitter is sectioned into a built-in space for constitutional members having high possibility of various operations in an installed state and a built-in space for other constitutional members, the built-in space is sectioned so that respective constitutional members may be individually built in and cover parts for opening/closing respective built-in spaces are individually prepared.
