<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system for high temperatures capable of suitably maintaining sealing performance. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell system for high temperature is provided with: a plurality membrane electrode assembly provided with an electrolyte film 10, an anode electrode 20 and a cathode electrode 30 which are provided on both sides; and conductive plates 41, 42 arranged to contact each electrode. The electrolyte film 10 is provided with: upper and lower sheet gaskets 51, 52 having extended parts 12, provided with inner parts 55, 56 covering both sides of the extended part 12, and outer parts 53, 54 connected each other; rubber gaskets 71, 72 arranged in the outer parts 53, 54 and sealing between the conductive plates 41, 42 and the sheet gaskets 51, 52; and an adhesive 60 sealing between the outer parts 53, 54.
