PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-pressure control circuit with a regeneration function having a simple structure which can be made small and compact. SOLUTION: A fluid pressure pump motor 3 is adopted as a capacity-variable fluid pressure pump motor 3, a flywheel 4 is provided between the fluid pressure pump motor 3 and a motor 2, and a control means 5 is provided to control a inclined rotation angle of the capacity-variable fluid pressure pump motor 3 based on the number of rotation of the flywheel 4 and the discharge quantity requested for the pump motor 3.
