PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator structure which can achieve the improvement of production efficiency and the downsizing and simplification of a production facility and also can raise a space factor. SOLUTION: In a stator 10, an annular yoke 20 which is equipped with an upper core 21a, a middle core 31, and a lower core 21b divided into three in its axial direction, and a tooth 40 which is separate from the annular yoke 20 are formed. Then, at the internal perimetrical face of the middle core 31, engaging recesses 32 are formed at specified pitches in its circumferential direction, and engaging projections 42 to be engaged with the engaging recesses 32 are formed in the tooth 40. In a state that the engaging projections 42 of the tooth part 40 are engaged with the engaging recesses 32 of the middle core 31, the tooth 40 and the middle core 31 are caught by the upper core 21a and the lower core 21b and doweled.
