PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box having both of versatility which is capable of easily and stably holding articles of various shapes and economy which is capable of recover damage with the necessary minimum replacement even if part of a holding member for holding the articles is damaged. SOLUTION: The packing box is constituted of a pair of frame bodies 2 and 2 having an opening part 2a in the center portions, and strip-like elastic members 3 and 3 mounted on the frame bodies 2 and 2 stretched over the opening parts 2a so as to cover part of the opening parts 2a of the frame bodies 2 and 2.
